Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team gets to work right away. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before they head out for shipping. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
Where We Ship
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, and specifically to the contiguous 48 states (the U.S. mainland). At this time, we're unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, outlying islands, or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) — we know that's not ideal, and we're working on expanding our shipping network in the future.
Free shipping is available only for orders delivered within the contiguous U.S. mainland.
Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery
Orders shipped within the continental United States generally arrive within 5-10 business days after leaving our warehouse.
To estimate your total delivery time, simply add processing time to shipping time:
- Processing time: 1-3 business days
- Shipping time: 5-10 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 6-13 business days
Please keep in mind that unexpected events — such as customs inspections, national holidays, or carrier flight delays — can occasionally push delivery beyond this window. We appreciate your patience if this happens.
Shipping Rates
Our shipping fees are straightforward:
- Orders between $0.01 and $34.99: a flat shipping fee of $6.99 applies
- Orders of $35.00 or more: shipping is on us, free of charge
Order Cutoff Time
To help set the right expectations, here's how our daily cutoff works: orders placed before 4:00 PM EST are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
